The ancient city Beth-Shemesh in Egypt meant “House of the Sun” and was later called Heliopolis or “City of the Sun” by the Greeks. The Hebrew word Shemesh may mean sun, yet it is a double-entendre, for it may also be a contraction for Shem and ish, and mean people of Shem. Ever since the days of Noah, it was the descendants of Shem who were chosen out to carry forth God's will in the earth, and the offspring were narrowed down from there to focus on the seed of Abraham, and Jacob after him. A shining city on a hill cannot be hidden. Upon the acceptance of the Word of God and the break from tyranny found in the Reformation, the White Christian nations of the world have made many marvelous accomplishments. By this alone we should know that we are indeed the people of God, and this is exactly what is described in Revelation chapters 10 and 11, and Daniel chapter 7.

Covenant with Yahweh

Oaths were taken very seriously in the ancient world, and rituals were fulfilled in order to officiate them. The ritual conducted in Genesis chapter 15, where Abraham split certain animals in half and the essence of Yahweh passed between them, was one such ritual officiating an oath, and there are Mesopotamian inscriptions revealing that very ritual to have been a custom of the people at that time.

It cannot even be established that the residents of those cities at the time of Abraham and Lot were all Canaanites.

Genesis 15:2 And  Abram  said,  Lord  GOD,  what  wilt  thou  give  me,  seeing  I  go  childless,  and  the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? 3 And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. 4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and  said, Look  now  toward  heaven,  and tell the  stars,  if  thou  be  able  to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. 6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Abraham was not allowed by Yahweh God to substitute his own seed so neither are we allowed to substitute someone as seed with that of another man, Abraham’s offspring, or seed, today.

Genesis 17:2 And  I  will  make  my  covenant  between  me  and  thee,  and will  multiply  thee exceedingly. 3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a  father  of  many  nations  have  I  made  thee. 6 And  I  will  make  thee  exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7 And I will establish  my covenant  between  me  and  thee and  thy  seed  after  thee  in  their generations  for  an  everlasting  covenant,  to  be  a  God  unto  thee,  and  to  thy  seed after thee. 8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. 13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs  be  circumcised: and  my covenant  shall  be  in  your  flesh for  an  everlasting covenant. 19 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call  his  name Isaac: and I  will  establish  my  covenant  with  him  for  an  everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. 21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year

Genesis 22:16 And said,  By myself have I sworn,  saith the Lord,  for because thou hast done this thing,  and  hast  not  withheld  thy  son,  thine  only  son:17That  in  blessing  I  will  bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;18And  in  thy  seed  shall  all the  nations of  the  earth  be  blessed;  because  thou  hast obeyed my voice.

This is a physical seed numbered as the sands of the sea: we see Moses mention it as already being fulfilled in his own time, but it was fulfilled even further during the deportations in the breaking forth of children. The multiplication of Israel in her captivity is demonstrated in Hosea 1:10
