Resurrection of Jairus' daughter

Matthew 9:23 And upon Yahshua’s having come to the house of the leader and seeing the flute-players and the disturbed multitude 24 He said “Withdraw! For the child has not died, but sleeps!” And they derided Him. 25 But when He had cast out the crowd, entering in He held her hand, and raised the child. 26 And the report of her went out into that whole land.

Evidently they were mourning the girl by holding what we may call a wake. Note that Yahshua did not display any empathy for the crowd. Most people today would consider Him to be rude. The mind of God is quite different from the mind of man!
